How to Upgrade / Downgrade Plan

Easily upgrade your WhautoChat subscription in just a few simple steps. Explore flexible plans, powerful features, and advanced tools designed to streamline and enhance your business operations.

🚀 Upgrade Your Whautomate Plan After Trial Ends​

If you're currently on a 7-day free trial, or if your trial has already ended, follow these steps to upgrade your Whautomate subscription:

  1. Access the WhautoChat Platform
    • Log in to your WhautoChat account.
  2. Go to Settings
    • Under the General section, select Manage Subscription to proceed.
  3. Click the Upgrade Button
    • Browse through the available WhautoChat plans.
    • Choose your preferred plan and click the Select button.
  4. Choose the Add-ons
    • Select any add-ons you prefer, or click the Next button.
  5. Proceed to Checkout
    • On the next screen, click the Checkout button to continue.
  6. Update Information and Payment
    • Enter or update your business information as required.
    • Click the Pay button to complete your subscription upgrade.

Once you've completed these steps, your subscription will be upgraded, and you'll gain access to all the features of your chosen plan.

🔄 Upgrade or Downgrade Your WhautoChat Subscription​

Whether you're on the Starter Plan or another subscription tier, you can easily manage your plan by following these steps:

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Log in to the Whautochat Platform
  2. Navigate to Subscription Settings
    • Click on the Settings menu in the left sidebar.
    • Under the General section, select Manage Subscription.
  3. View and Manage Your Current Plan
    • You will see details of your current subscription.
    • Click the Upgrade button to proceed.
  4. Select Your New Plan
    • Choose the subscription plan you want to switch to (e.g., Growth or any other available plan).
  5. Add Optional Add-Ons (Optional)
    • If needed, select any available add-ons for your new plan.
    • You can skip this step if no add-ons are required.
  6. Review & Finalize
    • Check your plan summary, features, and pricing.
    • Click the Checkout button to complete the process.

⏳ Note: It may take a few minutes for your updated subscription to reflect in your account.

📌 Important Notes​

  • If you're currently on an active plan, whether upgrading or downgrading, prorated charges will apply based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • Your access to new features or limitations based on the new plan will automatically adjust after the change is processed.
