Why Does My WhautoChat Account Frequently Log Out?

If your WhautoChat account logs out frequently, it is usually due to a built-in security feature designed to protect your account and conversations.

Why This Happens

To improve account security, WhautoChat limits each account session to:

  • One Desktop (Web) login
  • One WhautoChat Mobile App login

This helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures your account is not being used from multiple unknown devices.

When Will You Be Logged Out?

You may be automatically logged out if the same account is used on:

  • Multiple desktops (Web)
  • Multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
  • Another mobile app instance

When a new login is detected, the system will automatically end other active sessions to maintain account security.

How to Avoid Frequent Logouts

To prevent repeated logouts, follow these recommendations:

  1. Use a Single Desktop Session Login to WhautoChat web on only one computer or browser.

  2. Use Only One Mobile App Login Keep your account logged in on one mobile device.

  3. Avoid Multiple Browser Logins Do not open WhautoChat in multiple browsers or browser profiles at the same time.

  4. Coordinate With Your Team If multiple team members need access, ensure each person uses their own staff account instead of sharing one login.

Important Note

WhautoChat allows the same user account to be logged in on:

  • One Web (Desktop) session
  • One Mobile App session

at the same time. If another web or mobile login is detected, the system will automatically log out the previous session for security reasons.
