How do I update WhautoChat app branding??

Important:

This documentation applies only to WhautoChat Whitelabel Reseller Plan customers. These options are not available for other plans.

Option 1: Update Branding Before App Installation​

Before installing WhautoChat, Navigate to the app_branding.json file from installation package folder shared by WhautoChat team.

Steps:​

  1. Open the app_branding.json file.

  2. Update your branding details, including:

  • App Name
  • Tagline
  • Website Link
  • Brand Logo
  • Favicon

  1. Save the file after making the changes.

  2. Ensure the updated app_branding.json file is included in your app installation process.

Note:​

By default, the file contains WhautoChat branding. You may proceed with the default branding during installation and update it to your own branding at any time later.

Option 2: Update Branding After App Installation​

Once your Whitelabel WhautoChat app is installed, branding can be updated directly from the admin panel.

Steps:​

  1. Log in to your Whitelabel WhautoChat Admin Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to App Branding from the left-side menu.

  3. Update the following details:

  • App Name
  • Tagline
  • Website Link
  • Brand Logo
  • Favicon
  1. Save the changes.

Your updated branding will be applied automatically across the application.

If changes are not visible:​

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache
  • Refresh the page
  • Or open the app in an Incognito / Private browser window

Can I update my branding later?​

Yes. You can update your app branding anytime from the Admin Dashboard without reinstalling the application.
