Post-Installation Activities

After installing WhautoChat Reseller SaaS, complete the following activities to ensure your deployment is secure, stable, and ready for use.

1. Verify Installation

  • Check that all services (server, web, websocket, live chat) are running as expected.
  • Access the web dashboard and confirm you can signup/login.

2. Configure Channels

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email for Meta Tech Provider onboarding and channel setup (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp).
  • Refer to the respective channel docs for any additional information.

3. Secure Your Deployment

  • Change all default passwords and secrets.
  • Set up HTTPS and confirm SSL certificates are valid.
  • Restrict server/firewall access to trusted IPs where possible.

4. Set Up Backups & Monitoring

  • Setup regular database and file backups.
  • Set up uptime monitoring and alerts for all core services.

5. Test End-to-End Functionality

  • Send test messages through each connected channel.
  • Confirm users and agents can log in, send/receive messages, and use the dashboard features.

6. Support

  • Contact WhautoChat support if you encounter issues or need assistance.
