Forgot Password

Forgetting your password can be frustrating — but don’t worry! Here’s how to reset it and regain access to your Whautochat account quickly and securely:

🔑 Resetting Your Password (If You’re Locked Out)​

  1. Go to the Whautochat Login Page
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
    • You'll find this link below the login form.
  3. Enter Your Registered Email Address
    • Make sure you enter the correct email associated with your Whautochat account.
    • Double-check for typos to avoid delays.
  4. Click “Submit”
    • This will trigger a password reset email to your inbox.
  5. Check Your Email Inbox
    • Look for an email from Whautochat Support.
    • If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  6. Click “Reset Password” in the Email
    • This will redirect you to the reset page.
  7. Set a New Password
    • Choose a strong and unique password.
    • Re-enter it in the confirmation field if prompted.
  8. Click the “Submit” button
    • Your password will be updated, and you will be automatically logged in with your new credentials.

🔁 Reset Password (While Logged In)​

For security, it's a good habit to change your password periodically. Here's how to do it if you're already logged into your account:

  1. Log In to Whautochat
    • Use your current email and password to access your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings
    • Click on the Settings option in the sidebar.
    • Under the General section, select Account Security.
  3. Enter Your Current Password
    • For verification, you'll need to confirm your identity by typing your existing password.
  4. Enter a New Password
    • Choose a secure password that’s hard to guess.
  5. Confirm Your New Password
    • Re-type your new password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click “Change Password”
    • Your new password will be saved and active immediately.

You can now log in using your updated credentials for enhanced account security.
