Meta WhatsApp Payment Method

This guide explains how to update the payment method for your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connected to WhautoChat.

Keeping your payment method updated ensures uninterrupted message delivery and avoids billing issues.


Step 1: Open Meta Business Settings

Go to: 👉 https://business.facebook.com/settings
Make sure you select the correct Meta Business Portfolio that is associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.


Step 2: Open WhatsApp Account Settings

  1. From the left-side menu, click WhatsApp Accounts
  2. Select your WhatsApp Business Account (Example: ABC Business)
  3. In the Summary tab, scroll down
  4. Click on Payment Settings

Step 3: Add or Update Payment Method

  1. Click Add payment method
  2. Select your Country/Region
  3. Choose your Currency
  4. Enter your Card Details
  5. Click Save

Step 4: Update Business Billing Information

After saving your card details:

  • Scroll down
  • Make sure your Business Information for Billing is updated correctly
  • Verify billing name, address, and tax details (if applicable)

This helps prevent invoice or payment verification issues.
