WhatsApp Profile Setup

This guide explains how to set up and update your WhatsApp Business Profile inside WhautoChat.

Keeping your profile updated helps customers clearly understand your business and builds trust.

Step 1: Open Integrations​

  1. Log in to your WhautoChat account
  2. Navigate to the Integrations menu section

Step 2: Edit WhatsApp Setup​

  1. Locate your connected WhatsApp account
  2. Click the Edit Setup button

Step 3: Open Profile Tab​

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab
  2. You will see the WhatsApp Business profile settings page

Step 4: Update Your Business Information​

Update the following details:

🖼 Profile Image​

  • Upload a square image (640x640 pixels recommended)
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Images smaller than 192x192 pixels will not be accepted
  • Use a clear logo or brand image for best results

📝 Description​

  • Add a short and clear description of your business
  • Explain what your business offers

🏷 Category​

  • Select the most relevant business category

📍 Address Details​

  • Enter your complete business address

📧 Email Address​

  • Add your official business email

🌐 Website 1 & Website 2​

  • Add your website links (if applicable)

Step 5: Save Changes​

Once you have updated all profile information:

  • Click the Save button
  • Your profile will automatically update on your connected WhatsApp Business number

Important Note​

Profile updates may take a few minutes to reflect on WhatsApp.
