Save Time with Pre-Designed Message Templates Canned Responses are reusable message templates that save you and your team from typing the same text repeatedly. They’re perfect for frequently asked questions, greetings, quick replies, and more.

🛠️ How to Create & Use Canned Responses

1. Access Canned Responses Settings

  • Open the Whautochat app
  • Click the Settings menu
  • Under the Others section, select Canned Responses

2. Create a New Canned Response

  • Click + Add New Response
  • Fill in the details:
    • Template Name (e.g., Greetings)
    • Message Content – The text you want to send
  • Click Save
  • Your saved responses will appear in the list and can be edited or deleted anytime.

3. Use Canned Responses in Team Inbox

  • Go to the Team Inbox
  • In the message field, type # to bring up your saved canned responses
  • Select your desired response (e.g., #Greetings)
  • Hit Send
