Notifications & Push Alerts
Stay up to date with important activity in WhautoChat Cloud using notifications and push alerts. Here’s how you can configure and use them:
⚙️ Setting Up Notifications
- Navigate to Settings on the side menu.
- Select Notifications under the General card.
- Choose the notifications you want to receive for both Mobile and Web Applications by enabling the relevant checkboxes.
🔔 Types of Notifications in WhautoChat
WhautoChat offers two notification settings: Mobile and Web Application. Enable these to receive push notifications based on your preferences.
Notification Types
- New Conversation
- Receive a notification when a contact initiates a new conversation.
- Chat Unassigned
- Get notified when a chat is waiting in the unassigned queue and requires human intervention.
- Chat Assigned
- Receive a notification when a chat is assigned to you by the system or another team member.
- Chat Reply
- Get notified when a contact responds to a message within an ongoing conversation.
For best results, enable notifications on both your mobile device and web browser to stay informed wherever you are.
