Notifications & Push Alerts

Stay up to date with important activity in WhautoChat Cloud using notifications and push alerts. Here’s how you can configure and use them:


⚙️ Setting Up Notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings on the side menu.
  2. Select Notifications under the General card.
  3. Choose the notifications you want to receive for both Mobile and Web Applications by enabling the relevant checkboxes.

🔔 Types of Notifications in WhautoChat

WhautoChat offers two notification settings: Mobile and Web Application. Enable these to receive push notifications based on your preferences.

Notification Types

  1. New Conversation
    • Receive a notification when a contact initiates a new conversation.
  2. Chat Unassigned
    • Get notified when a chat is waiting in the unassigned queue and requires human intervention.
  3. Chat Assigned
    • Receive a notification when a chat is assigned to you by the system or another team member.
  4. Chat Reply
    • Get notified when a contact responds to a message within an ongoing conversation.

For best results, enable notifications on both your mobile device and web browser to stay informed wherever you are.
