1. Create your account​

Sign up and set up your account, then take a minute to learn the dashboard.

2. Connect your first channel​

Most teams start with WhatsApp. Connect the channels your customers already use:

3. Invite your team​

Add team members and give each the right role and permissions. Conversations from every channel land in the shared team inbox.

4. Save time on replies​

  • Set up canned responses for the questions you answer every day.
  • Build a chatbot to answer FAQs and capture leads around the clock.
  • Add automation rules to tag, assign and follow up automatically.

5. Reach your customers​

  1. Import or add your contacts.
  2. Create an approved WhatsApp message template.
